Chinese SLC Guide
Posted by on June 19, 2011
With the rapid expansion of the Chinese amusement industry several new companies have tried their hand at making their own version of the worlds most common inverted coaster the Vekoma SLC. In some instances literally just copying layouts from each other.
So today I have added a quick guide to the many types of Chinese Suspended Looping Coaster which have popped up over the last few years. To access it click the tab at the top of this page of the image below.

The long awaited 3rd S&S 4th dimension coaster has started arriving at China Dinosaur Park. The ride looks to have a similar layout to the existing 4D’s and will stand 79m tall. It looks like it will have a very similar colour scheme to Eejanaika at Fuji-Q Highlands in Japan.

Triumph Kingdom starts construction.
Posted by on June 5, 2011
A lot of Chinese news sites have recently started reporting on a new park that has begun construction in the Wuqing District of China.
The park translates roughly as Triumph Kingdom and according to news articles will feature three new roller coasters. These are listed as a “U Shaped rocket launcher, Spinning Coaster & Flying Coaster”. Articles also mention at least two of the coasters being will be sourced in the USA and Switzerland.
I will let you all draw your own conclusions from that but you can find some of the (small) concept artwork below.
