Premier Launched Coaster Rises in Indonesia
Posted by on May 31, 2011
The small Premier Launched Coaster at Trans Studio Makassar in Indonesia has begun to take shape over the last few months. The ride is essentially a scaled down version of the Mr Freeze coasters at Six Flags in the US although the overbank turn before the spike has been scrapped in favour of a low slung corner.
Several Indonesian users have been following the rides progress on the Sky Scraper City forums. Here’s a selection of the most recent pictures.

Vekoma GIB Rises At Jin Jiang Action Park
Posted by on May 25, 2011
After last weeks pictures of the new Vekoma Motorbike Coaster at the East China Mall some pictures of Mountain Peak the new Vekoma Giant Inverted Boomerang being constructed at Jin Jiang Action Park (also in China) have surfaced.
To say the GIB model has had a chequered past is perhaps understating the problems the models have had. However long years after Stunt Fall opened in Madrid we finally have a brand new model to gawk at. And it does look rather pretty with its striking new colour scheme.
East China Mall Motorbikes Arrive

The new Vekoma motorbike at the Nanjing East China Mall in China has just taken delivery of it’s first train.
Probably the most unique layout of the Vekoma Motorbike layouts, the ride weaves in and out of the shopping malls new theme park.

Waterfall Flume

Howdy All
Knight Valley in Shenzhen China has got a lot of attention recently for it’s epic looking new GCI woodie. However with a little investigating you realise what an insanely beautiful theme park this is. When this park is finished it will be giving Ocean Park a run for it’s money in best coaster location terms.
What really caught my eye though was this setting for a log flume.
The concept art is certainly stunning and it looks like the ride is in fact already operational.

All in all a pretty good location for your log flume I think you’ll agree

Howdy all.
I do love a good new ride concept and this Hoei Sangyo flat ride must be one of the best (Or worst?) ideas I have seen in ages.

I’m not quite sure what it does ride wise but I’d love to see a European or US park pick one of these up…. Bon Bon Land anyone?
Cheers
